The Old Orleton Inn is committed to providing the best possible accommodation service for prospective guests with disabilities. Due to the layout of The Inn and its listed status, we lack facilities for guests with severe mobility limitations but we are trying to make our services as accessible as we can. We welcome any enquiries from guests with disabilities so we can discuss their needs

General Information
The nearest train station is Wellington (2 miles away). Guest collection from the station can be arranged. The nearest bus service is on Holyhead Road outside the Inn. We do have a prefered taxi service which we can book for you or, if you prefer, a list of local taxis services is available. Copies of all public transport timetables are available
Assistance with luggage is available when required
All rooms have remote control HDTV's (with Freeview)
All rooms have tea making facilities with cordless kettles
Assistance dogs are welcome by prior arrangement
Building has current Fire Certificate
Fire alarm is audible only
Emergency information can be found in each room and can be communicated verbally on request
All rooms have raised wall sockets as well as at skirting level
All rooms have telephones
Mobile phone coverage is excellent for most networks
Our Menus and Guest Information Wallet can be provided in large print and/or described verbally by prior arangement.
The majority of dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice.
A designated guest fridge is available for medications/insulin/special foods etc.
People with nut allergies should be aware that we do use nuts in our food preparation and we cannot guarantee a nut free kitchen
Access to The Inn
Large public car park available for patrons only
The ground floor rear entrance, Bar, Dining Rooms and Guest Reception areas are level throughout
The rear Garden is easily accessible by slope
The Gents toilet has one step up and then one step down and the fittings are standard. The Ladies Toilets are on ground level and have one larger disabled cubicle with handrails.
Access to Bedrooms
All bedrooms are accessible by a flight of stairs. The first eight by 15 steps and the remaining two by a further 15 steps. All en-suite Bathrooms have a 26cm step up to them and high quality non-slip flooring. All the Bathrooms with showers have a tray height of 14cm. Bathroom fittings are standard. There is a wall mounted hand/grab rail within each shower and non-slip mats are provided. All bedrooms with Bath Only have standard height baths with a grab hand rail at the rear, Bathroom fittings are standard and non slip mats are provided.
